Items not on our current price list

If you do not find a product that you would like for us to purchase on the current price list or it says contact us for quote, you can send the details to purchasing@upexi.com and they will determine if it is a product that we would like to purchase and offer you a standard price. Typically we will not purchase a new product unless there is a quantity of at least 20.

What to do when you are ready to send us your products

  1. Send an email to neworders@upexi.com - a PO number will be assigned to you that will be for this specific shipment.
  2. You can send your box of products to

    Or if you would like a prepaid shipping label you can send the dimensions of the box and the weight of the box to neworders@upexi.com
  3. Please write on the outside of the box on all sides the PO number that you were provided.
  4. You will receive an offer for the products and upon your approval of the offer you will receive payment to your preferred payment method within 2 business days of your approval.

What to expect

There will be no updates until the package arrives at the processing facility, however you can track your package based on the shipping companies website.

The box of products will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of its arrival at the processing center.

Purchasing will contact you within 2 business days of the products being processed for your approval of the items confirmed accepted and at the current price.

Payment within 2 business days of the approval.

Typically the process takes 4 to 5 business days from when the box arrives at our processing center to payment.

Contact for Quote

There are various products that we purchase that are either highly volatile or due to excess supply in the market, can have significant decline in the price we are able to sell the product for. In the past we have always made the item "blocked" so that purchasing does not have automatic approval authority to purchase these items.

You will see a status of Contact for Quote. When you see Contact for Quote and you have these products that you would like to sell us, please send an email to purchasing@upexi.com and include the item's brand, description, UPC code and the quantity that you have to sell. Purchasing will review and issue a specific purchase order for those items at a custom price.

Product Condition

Normally, the products that are sent in should be new, in good condition and free from any added packaging or stickers that are not originally attached to the products when manufactured. However, we understand that when you purchase the items from liquidators, there are some that may have these added stickers or packaging. We offer to clean up these items for you at no cost if it involves one or two items only. But for three or more items per delivery that need cleaning up, we are charging $0.25 per item for the product clean up services.
